Top Free Day - Sunday was National Go Topless Day! In cities across the U.S., women let their breasts of all shapes, sizes, and colors see the light of day. In some states they probably had to wear pasties, but luck for us going top-free is legal in NYC*! It was time to celebrate and take advantage of the right to be top-free! Especially since I got arrested. So we decided to throw a top-free gathering in Central Park! (*Anywhere a guy can be top-free. Strolling into McDonald’s with no top on is not recommended.)

In the morning it was slow to start as we figured out a bit late that Sheep Meadow secretly has its own hours. But we got into Sheep Meadow in the morning and then spent the rest of the day there, soaking up the sunshine and having a great time! A few of the guys happily put on bikini tops and bras to show how absurd it is for women to have to wear them.

We began with top-free yoga with Beth Nolan, which was totally rejuvenating in the open air of the park. It is noticeably easier to practice yoga and move freely with no top on.

Then we going some games going – badminton, Frisbee, football toss. And hula hooping yay! We started small, but friendly people dropped in and out throughout the day, along with some funny encounters (see Olga). Some adorable little girls tried out hula hooping with us. We enjoyed meeting so many open-minded people!
